1. About Motozo
- Scrap value evaluation
- Vehicle pickup coordination
- Documentation assistance
- Transfer to Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facilities (RVSF)
- Assistance in obtaining Certificate of Deposit (COD)
Motozo acts as a service facilitator between vehicle owners and authorized scrapping centers.
2. Eligibility
- You are the lawful owner of the vehicle OR legally authorized by the owner
- The vehicle is free from theft disputes or criminal cases
- All information provided is accurate and complete
3. Vehicle Ownership & Documentation
- Valid RC (Registration Certificate)
- Valid government-issued ID proof
- Address proof (if required)
- Any additional documents required by RTO or scrapping facility
Motozo reserves the right to reject any vehicle if documentation is incomplete or legally non-compliant.
4. Scrap Value & Pricing
- Quotation based on vehicle condition, weight & market rates
- Final price may change after inspection
- Payment processed after verification & handover
- Pricing may be revised if condition differs from declared details
5. Payment Terms
- Payment via bank transfer or approved digital methods
- Cash payments may not be entertained
- Motozo not responsible for incorrect bank details provided
6. Vehicle Pickup & Handover
- Free pickup subject to location & condition
- Vehicle must be accessible for towing
- Once handed over, scrapping process begins
- Motozo not liable for belongings left inside vehicle
7. Certificate of Deposit (COD)
- Vehicle transferred to authorized RVSF
- COD issued as per government regulations
- Timeline depends on RTO processing
- Motozo not responsible for government delays
8. Legal Compliance
Motozo operates in accordance with Government of India Vehicle Scrappage Policy, RTO regulations, and environmental laws. Once scrapping is initiated, the vehicle cannot be reclaimed.
9. Limitation of Liability
- RTO or government delays
- Incorrect customer information
- Ownership disputes
- Market fluctuations
- Indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability shall not exceed the agreed scrap value.
10. Cancellation Policy
- Allowed before vehicle pickup
- Not allowed after pickup & signed documentation
- Motozo may cancel if discrepancies found
11. Privicy
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Force Majeure
Motozo shall not be held liable for failure or delay caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Transport disruptions
- Any unforeseen events beyond our control
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City], India.
